Influencers Face Court in Moroccan Social Media Defamation Case

Pending the hearing of Dounia Batma and her sister, scheduled for next Thursday, the Marrakech Court of Appeal examined the files of 3 other defendants involved in the "Hamza mon bb" case this Monday.
This is the 13th hearing of the influencer Sakina Glamour, the journalist Simo Daher and the owner of a car rental agency, since their conviction last February to a sentence of 2 years in prison and a fine of 10,000 dirhams each.
The 3 defendants were prosecuted for "participation in fraudulent access to the data processing system and dissemination of images and statements of others without their consent, in order to harm or defame."
