  Moroccan Consul General Driss El Kaissi, on a tour of the Grand Est, was received at the town hall of Longlaville by Mayor Hamdi Toudma.   La Rochelle and Essaouira, twinned for 22 years, have signed a new cooperation agreement in the fields of vocational training, environmental protection and culture.

  The mayor of Agadir, Aziz Akhannouch, denied the information regarding an alleged twinning agreement between his municipality and the Israeli city of Nesher.
