Turkish Club Besiktas Eyes Chelsea’s Ziyech After PSG Transfer Collapse

On Wednesday, the last day of the winter transfer window, Hakim Ziyech saw himself already at PSG with his friend and teammate Achraf Hakimi. Chelsea is said to have sent the wrong document three times, preventing PSG from registering the operation in the allotted time. At Chelsea they blame a computer bug but for Paris and Ziyech, it’s a deliberate act.
