Trial Resumes for Israelis Accused of Forging Moroccan Citizenship Documents

Defendants in the case of "document forgery" for the acquisition of Moroccan nationality by Israelis appeared again before the courts. They are Ihsan and Amina B, respectively owners of a travel agency and a cosmetics shop.
During her hearing, Ishan denied any involvement in this case, reports Alyaoum24. According to her, she provided legal support to friends because of her work and her relationship with Mimoun B, the head of the network.
She also denied all her previous statements about her relationship with him, challenging the charges against her, namely "corruption for the purpose of committing a crime, participation in the forgery of documents and official registers, and forgery and use of forgeries".
Like Ihsan, Amina B rejected the grievances against her regarding the forgery of administrative documents. According to her, the documents presented by the judicial police elements are false except for those she held. She claims to have handed over all these documents to a lawyer from the bar whose identity turned out to be false.
