Tragic Homecoming: Moroccan Entrepreneurs Die in Marrakech Road Accident
Two Moroccans residing in Italy lost their lives in an accident that occurred on national road No. 8 connecting Marrakech to Kalaât Sraghna, not far from Rehamna.
The all-terrain vehicle transporting the victims to their hometown of Kalaât Sraghna overturned, resulting in the death of the two MREs, despite resuscitation attempts. A third passenger survived, it is reported. An investigation has been opened to determine the causes and circumstances of this tragic accident.
The two deceased persons had been residing in Italy for years, where they had created companies and recruited many young Moroccans, making the Moroccan community in the country proud. The families and loved ones of the victims are in shock.
