Three people died, all from the same family, including Youssef Boujamaoui, a young player from RFC Liège, in a road accident in Morocco. The driver of the vehicle, their father, survived.
The family of the young football hopeful was in Morocco for a vacation. In a message, RFC Liège expressed its condolences to Brahim, the father of Youssef, 12 years old.
"We extend our sincere condolences to the family, with a big thought for Brahim, very involved at the RFCL at each home game where he does not hesitate to officiate as a referee for our young people. Finally, we think of Youssef’s teammates and trainers, alongside whom the Liège family will stand in these difficult times."
The accident occurred on Wednesday.
