Tragic Accident in Rabat: Grandfather and Two Grandchildren Killed by Speeding 4x4

Terrible accident in Rabat, which took the lives of a man and his two grandchildren on Tuesday evening. Three other people were also injured.
Six pedestrians were hit by a 4x4 vehicle as they were crossing Boulevard Mohamed Belarbi, near Ibn Sina Hospital in Rabat. The accident caused the death of three people from the same family: the grandfather, in his sixties, his two grandchildren, aged 3 and 10, while three people were injured, including a man in his thirties who is in critical condition.
According to a message from a relative of the family posted on social media, the car was driven by a senior official who "was driving at high speed".
All the injured were taken to Ibn Sina Hospital, right next to the accident, and an investigation has been opened by the justice system to clarify the exact circumstances of the tragedy.
