Toulouse Airport Traffic Surges as Moroccan Routes Drive International Recovery

Thanks to the widely popular Moroccan destinations, traffic at Toulouse-Blagnac airport rebounded in the 3rd quarter of 2022.
With 1,905,338 passengers transported, traffic at Toulouse-Blagnac airport reached 76.5% of 2019 in the third quarter of 2022. Behind this improvement is the strong presence of international traffic with growing demand in Europe and the Maghreb during the summer period. In detail, 79.5% of international exchanges were made in Europe. The number of passengers transported amounted to 888,858 (72.7% of Q3 2019).
Outside Europe (115.9% of Q3 2019), the majority of exchanges were made in North Africa (80.5% of this international traffic), with an increase of 26.1% compared to 2019. As for Moroccan destinations, they were widely popular (174.3% of Q3 2019).
