Tiznit Approves Plans for New Technopark to Boost Local Economy

An ordinary session brought together this week the municipal council of Tiznit. During this meeting, the creation and equipment of a business incubator, the Tiznit Technopark, was unanimously approved.
In a press release, the municipal council announced that it wants to dedicate the building located near the Tiznit bus station to the construction of this center. A partnership agreement between the municipality of Tiznit and the Souss-Massa region was approved by the Council members. For the implementation of this incubator, the municipality of Tiznit will contribute 200,000 DH against 3 million DH for the regional council.
This project aims to strengthen economic attractiveness in the Souss-Massa region, contribute to the creation of new jobs, provide support to small and medium-sized enterprises and encourage young people to enter the world of entrepreneurship, it is indicated.
In detail, the Tiznit Technopark will have a reception room, 17 spaces for emerging companies, 6 spaces dedicated to small and medium-sized enterprises, a meeting room, a coworking space, a training room, a room for free exchanges, as well as administrative and commercial infrastructure.
