Témara Real Estate Project Stalls, Buyers Form Association to Demand Answers

In Témara, a real estate project is struggling to materialize, much to the dismay of the buyers. To make themselves heard, they have formed an association.
Initially scheduled for delivery in June 2023, the "Résidence Al Madina" real estate project in Témara is stalling. The delay is due to the financial problems facing the developer. A situation that worries the buyers. Concerns that are growing due to the lack of communication between them and the company. Faced with this situation, these clients who had to take out loans and credits to finance part or all of the amount required for the purchase of a housing or commercial unit, have formed an association, reports Hespress.
Titled "Résidence Al Madina for Sustainable Development", this association has set itself the mission of collectively defending, within a legal framework, the rights of the victims and of dialoguing with the developer and builder to find solutions to this real estate crisis. This initiative aims to guarantee the beneficiaries of this project the preservation of their rights and the possibility of interacting with the responsible company, while respecting the legal procedures in force, but also to prevent any potential dispute with the company in charge of the construction of their homes.
The objective of this approach is also to request from the real estate company the delivery of the apartments and commercial premises to their owners, says Khaled Ait Oufqir, president of the association.
