Témara: Call to King Mohammed VI

Exasperated by the unfulfilled promises of the developer, the victims have set up the "Al Madina Residence for Sustainable Development" association to collectively defend their rights and take possession of their real estate. They also implore the help of King Mohammed VI.
The "Al Madina Residence" project is stalling. Its scheduled delivery in June 2023 has not been effective so far. Since then, the developer has still not kept his promises. Despite the commitments made by a representative of the real estate company before the local authorities in February 2024, the work has not resumed. Faced with this situation, the victims organized a sit-in to make themselves heard. More than 260 families find themselves in a situation of financial precariousness and uncertainty about their future, confides one of the victims to Hespress. According to his explanations, "some buyers, having paid substantial advances or even the full price of their apartment (200,000 dirhams), find themselves in a dead end, deprived of housing despite their contractual commitments." "We want to get our apartments back," the victims cried.
The victims have also created the "Al Madina Residence for Sustainable Development" association, in order to collectively defend their rights and engage in a constructive dialogue with the developer and the builder. They intend to take other actions for a happy outcome. They also call on King Mohammed VI for help.
