Teenager Severely Burned in Horrific Attack in Casablanca Neighborhood

Individuals burned alive a 16-year-old teenager in Lahraouine, a district of Casablanca. This attempted homicide left him with lifelong sequelae.
It is a video published by Hespress that shows the scene of this attempted homicide. We see the teenager with burns covering a good part of his body. His mother and he confided that he would have gone to the grocery store, and would have stopped to chat a bit with the young people of the neighborhood. The latter would have held him until the arrival of other people. Together, they would have immobilized him, removed his jacket, then sprayed him with gasoline before setting him on fire.
Fortunately, he survived after 35 days of hospitalization. According to the confidences of the teenager’s mother, the perpetrators of this attempted homicide have not yet answered for their actions. Worse, they mock his son.
For now, the motives of the attackers remain unknown.
