Tangier Tourism Booms: 100% Hotel Occupancy Expected This Summer

The recovery in the tourism sector observed in recent months at the national level should continue, mainly in the North, according to the government, which expects a good summer season. According to forecasts, occupancy rates should be 100% in Tangier.
Speaking at a meeting with professionals in the Tangier-Tétouan-Al Hoceima region and the authorities, to examine ways to promote and sustain the tourism dynamic in the region, Tourism Minister Fatim-Zahra Ammor said that "tourism indicators are currently in the green."
According to the official, the forecast occupancy rate will reach around 100% this summer in Tangier, while it will approach 90% in the Northern region in general, which is an excellent score, after a long period of inactivity.
