Foreign Textile Investors Explore Business Opportunities in Tangier, Morocco

A delegation of foreign investors operating in the textile industry visited Tangier on Tuesday to inquire about business opportunities in the region.
This economic mission composed of American-Spanish operators is prospecting in the city of the strait to take note of the large-scale projects that have been launched there, said the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of the Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceima region (CCIS-TTA).
On this occasion, the members of the Chamber and representatives of the Moroccan Association of Textile and Clothing Industries (AMITH) highlighted the significant economic potential of the region and examined ways to develop cooperation between American investors and their Spanish counterparts on the one hand, and regional companies operating in the textile sector on the other.
A visit to the Tanger Med port complex and a meeting with textile and clothing professionals at the AMITH headquarters in Tangier are also planned.
