Tangier Community Reels from 11-Year-Old Boy’s Abduction and Murder

Fortunately, the rapist was apprehended five days after Adnane’s disappearance. Also, his 3 roommates living near the victim’s home were also arrested and taken into custody. The police accuse them of remaining passive after recognizing their friend in the surveillance camera images circulated on social media. According to Abdelkbir Farah, head of the judicial police department of Tangier, the rapist before his arrest tried to confuse the tracks by sending a letter written to the victim’s father demanding a ransom in exchange for the child’s release, while he had already killed and buried him, reports 2M.ma

Whether they are from Tangier or elsewhere, Moroccans are angry in the face of a tragedy of such violence.
