Swedish Tourist Caught Smuggling 1,600 Reptiles at Moroccan Airport

The police elements at Agadir Al-Massira airport made an unexpected discovery from a Swedish passenger. A man was trying to conceal about 1,600 reptiles in homemade objects, to bring them back to Sweden.
No one expects to find so many reptiles in a place like this. According to the daily Al Akhbar, the police elements working at Agadir Al-Massira airport discovered the improvised hiding places of the tourist in homemade objects and proceeded to seize the objects and the animals.
According to the same source, the Swedish tourist had stayed in Tiznit where he had time to work out his scheme. He would have intended to resell them in Sweden where these reptiles can be worth 350 euros each.
