Suspect with Criminal History Arrested in 5-Year-Old’s Kidnapping in Morocco

The judicial police of Kenitra in coordination with the royal gendarmerie arrested the person suspected of having participated in the kidnapping of a 5-year-old girl found on Friday morning.
The arrest of the suspect took place on a fishing boat. This 37-year-old man had numerous criminal records in cases of theft, assault, knife injuries, public drunkenness and illegal immigration, according to the DGSN.
Pending the determination of the context and motives of the minor’s kidnapping, as well as the revelation of all the circumstances of the commission of these criminal acts, the suspect has been taken into custody.
