Strong Winds Disrupt Ferry Services Between Morocco and Spain

The bad weather currently affecting a large part of northern Morocco, but also southern Spain, has prompted port authorities to delay or even cancel boat departures.
The Tanger-Med Port Authority (TMPA) has just announced disruptions for several of its lines due to the strong winds and rain affecting the strait. Only one departure could be scheduled this morning and no visibility for the rest of the day.
If you plan to take the boat in Tarifa, know that there will be no departure this Friday. Travelers are invited to try their luck in Algeciras, bearing in mind that few boats will depart today.
In addition to winds that could reach 80 km/h, waves up to 4 meters high are also announced!
