Stray Dog Attack Triggers Fatal Heart Attack in Marrakech

A young man attacked by a stray dog in Marrakech was so frightened that he had a heart attack.
The victim was walking in the M’hamid neighborhood of Marrakech when he was attacked by a stray dog that did not go as far as biting him, reports the daily Al Akhbar. Panicked, the young man fled to escape the dog’s attack. In his run, he suddenly became out of breath and had a heart attack that proved fatal.

The police officers dispatched to the scene confirmed the young man’s death before transferring his body to the morgue. The residents of this neighborhood are outraged by this latest case of aggression by stray dogs, who have long complained about the proliferation of these animals in the neighborhood. They seized this opportunity to call on the authorities again and demand a concrete and rapid solution to this phenomenon.
Stray dogs have been the law in several neighborhoods and cities of the kingdom for several months. They attack citizens in cars, on motorcycles or on foot, and have already claimed several victims.
