Stepmother Arrested in Tangier for Assaulting Disabled Teen in Viral Video

The public prosecutor ordered the pre-trial detention of a woman in Tangier, following a video published on social media in which she assaults a disabled teenager.
The video was shared by the news site Cap24, and shows a violent altercation during which the woman orders the teenager to leave the kitchen and hits him with punches. Despite the efforts of a man who tried to intervene to prevent him from further harming the teenager.
According to the same source, the person involved has been placed in pre-trial detention at the gendarmerie premises in the region.
