Spanish Maritime Giant MPG Expands to Morocco with New Offices in Casablanca and Tangier

The Spanish group MPG, a global leader in maritime transport, logistics and special cargo handling, has announced the opening of two offices in Morocco.
"The decision to settle in Morocco was not made by chance. The choice of Casablanca and Tangier responds to their strategic geographical position, their developed logistics infrastructures and their importance as hubs and logistics centers in the region," explains MPG in a press release.
The Casablanca office will allow MPG to be "at the center of the action and close to financial and commercial centers," the note adds, stating that the second office will be based in Tangier, a region "in constant growth, giving access to infrastructure, modern technologies and business opportunities".
According to MPG’s CEO, Carmen Amador, quoted in the press release, the establishment in Morocco "represents an important step in the overall growth strategy of the Spanish group which aims to conquer the African and Middle Eastern market.
