Spanish Hospital Towels Mysteriously Surface in Moroccan Hotel, Sparking Social Media Frenzy

Jorge Amor, a Spanish content creator, shared on his social media his travel experience in Morocco where he was surprised to see towels stamped with the logo of a Spanish hospital in his hotel room.
The Spanish influencer says he was left speechless after discovering towels bearing the logo of the Navalmoral de la Mata health center in Extremadura in the bathroom of the Moroccan hotel. He also took out his phone to share this "curious" discovery with his subscribers. "Look at this curious thing, we came to a hotel here, in the middle of Morocco, and look where the towels come from. From the health district of Navalmoral de la Mata, in Extremadura, I’m dying of laughter, and all the hotel towels are like that," he says in an amused tone in his video. And he continues: "If you’ve noticed recently that you were missing some towels, you now know where they are."
The post has sparked a wave of reactions. While some have shared his surprise, others have tried to find an explanation for the presence of these Spanish towels in a Moroccan hotel. For Acción Humanitatis, it could be humanitarian donations: "We have received on several occasions donations of bed linen from Madrid hotels. If you see homeless people wearing them, know that they have not stolen them. These are donations." A netizen gives a more plausible explanation: "In general, hotel linens do not belong to the hotels themselves, but to the laundries that provide their services. When the hotel refuses to use them, the laundries usually sell them at a very low price."
