Small Fire Contained at Cristiano Ronaldo’s Hotel in Marrakech

A fire broke out in the "Pestana CR7 Marrakech" hotel of the Portuguese international, Cristiano Ronaldo.
A small fire broke out on Saturday in the "Pestana CR7 Marrakech" hotel of Cristiano Ronaldo. The fire started in one of the rooms of the establishment. The emergency services and the hotel’s intervention teams quickly brought the fire under control, preventing it from spreading. There were no injuries. According to the hotel group, no evacuation was necessary and all safety measures were implemented, ensuring the safety of customers and staff.
The Pestana CR7 is located on M Avenue in Marrakech, five kilometers from the airport and 4 kilometers from the Jemaa el-Fna square in the medina of the city. It started welcoming its first customers in March 2022. This luxury hotel combines modern design and Moroccan culture. The establishment has 174 rooms, a business center, a spa, a pool and a gym.
