Severe Thunderstorm Warning Issued for Multiple Moroccan Provinces

Morocco will experience heavy thunderstorms at the orange level, today and tomorrow, Saturday, April 25, in several provinces of the kingdom.
According to the National Meteorology Directorate (DMN), these bad weather conditions will be recorded, Friday and Saturday, in the provinces of Al-Haouz, Azilal, Béni Mellal, Khénifra, Chichaoua, Ouarzazate, El Jadida, Safi, Fez, Meknes, My Yakoub, El-Hajeb, Sefrou, Taounate, Ifrane, Khemisset, Khouribga, Settat, Sidi Sliamne, Sidi Kacem, Bensliamne, Berrechid, Skhirat-Temara, Mohammedia, Casablanca, Nouaceur, Chefchaouen, Ouezzane, Tetouan, Al Hoceima and Driouech.
During the same period, these thunderstorms, accompanied by gusts of wind under storms and hail in places, will strike the provinces of Taroudant, Tinghir, Safi, Marrakech, Mdieq-Fnideq, Fahs-Anjra, Tanger-Assila, Larache, Kenitra, Rabat-Skhirte, Nador and Kalaa Sraghn at times.
On Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., locally heavy thunderstorms, at the orange level, will be recorded in the provinces of Taounate, Chefchaouen, Al Hoceima, Ouezzane, Taza.
