Severe Cold Wave Hits Morocco: Temperatures Plunge to -6°C in Multiple Provinces

A cold wave with minimum temperatures ranging between -6 and 1°C is expected from this Monday and until Thursday in several Moroccan provinces, announced the General Directorate of Meteorology (DGM).
Thus, the provinces of Ifrane, Boulemane, Tinghir and Midelt will experience, during this period, minimum temperatures of -6°C/0°C and maximum temperatures of 2°C/6°C, the DGM said in an orange level alert bulletin.
In addition, minimum temperatures of -3°C/1°C and maximum temperatures of 5°C/10°C will concern the provinces of Jerada, Taourirt and Figuig, the same source added.
