Security Alert: Magazine from Bodyguard’s Weapon Lost Near Moroccan PM’s Residence
The security services would be on alert since one of the police officers in charge of the security of Saad Eddine El Othmani lost a magazine from his service weapon.
A member of the security team of the Head of Government, Saad Eddine El Othmani, would have lost under enigmatic circumstances a magazine from his service weapon, containing exactly 6 cartridges.
According to Assabah, the said police officer who was rather in charge of the protection of El Othmani’s residence, after informing his superiors of this loss, was relieved of this task and at the same time an administrative and technical investigation concerning him was initiated.
According to the same source, this incident has put the various security services on alert, who are working hard to find the missing magazine. The wali of the Rabat-Salé-Kenitra region would himself be very concerned about this matter.
