Saudi Club Al Ittihad Makes $12 Million Bid for Moroccan Star Younes Belhanda

For the second consecutive time, the leaders of the Saudi club, Al Ittihad, have just made a new offer for the Moroccan international Younes Belhanda. A 12 million euro transfer has just been proposed to the Turkish club Galatasaray.
With an annual salary of 6 million euros, it is unlikely that Belhanda will refuse to change jerseys this summer. Long coveted by the Jeddah club, Belhanda could well convince his Galatasaray club to accept Al Ittihad’s offer.
The negotiations during the winter transfer window had been aborted by the coach of the Turkish club, who had refused to release the former Montpellier player. This time, the Atlas Lion, who has been playing for Galatasaray since 2017, could pack his bags and join the Saudi championship alongside his teammates Karim El Ahmadi and Manuel Da Costa, especially since the Saudi club’s financial offer is very attractive.
Born on February 29, 1990, the Franco-Moroccan footballer started his career in Avignon before spending 10 years with Montpellier. Younes Belhanda then joined Dynamo Kiev, then the German club Schalke 04, before joining the Turkish club in 2017.
