Royal Navy Intercepts 3.5 Tons of Cannabis in Mediterranean Drug Bust

More than 3.5 tons of cannabis resin were seized over the past two days by Royal Navy units patrolling the Mediterranean coast, according to a military source.
These operations were carried out after several chases on Go-Fasts and other very fast boats.
In addition to the apprehended individuals who were handed over to the Royal Gendarmerie for the usual judicial proceedings, the cargo and the nautical means were also seized and handed over to the justice system.
