Royal Air Maroc (RAM) is among the top 100 best airlines in the world. This emerges from the latest ranking by the international air transport rating agency, Skytrax.
The Moroccan company ranks 66th in the 2022 Skytrax ranking of the world’s best airlines, ahead of Kuwait Airways (76th), Air Arabia (78th) and flyDubai (80th) and behind Turkish Airlines (7th). Qatar Airways tops this global ranking. It is followed by Singapore Airlines, Emirates and ANA All Nippon Airways. Then come Qantas Airways, Japan Airlines, Turkish Airlines and Air France. Korean Air and Swiss International Air Lines complete the top 10.
To establish its annual ranking, Skytrax conducts an annual customer satisfaction survey. This year’s survey was conducted with more than 14 million passengers of around a hundred different nationalities. These passengers rated their airlines on in-flight services as well as airport reception.
