Royal Air Maroc Offers Free Flight Postponements Amid Coronavirus Concerns

Following the latest developments related to the Coronavirus, Royal Air Maroc (RAM) has put in place a special system to allow its customers to manage their travel.
Customers who have purchased tickets before March 31, 2020 will be able, if they wish, to postpone their trip until May 31, 2020, free of charge, RAM said in a statement.
These special provisions, already implemented since the spread of the virus on flights to and from China and Italy, will now be extended to all the company’s flights.
In addition, the airline reassures its customers about the possibility of postponing the trip free of charge, no later than 72 hours before the flight’s departure. Similarly, they have the possibility to cancel the trip free of charge, always no later than 72 hours before the flight’s departure, in exchange for a trip of the same value of the ticket, valid for six months and to be used exclusively on RAM flights.
