Morocco Suspends All Flights to Italy Amid Coronavirus Outbreak

The coronavirus epidemic, which is raging in Italy, has forced the Moroccan authorities to suspend all air links between the two countries. A press release from the Moroccan government was issued to this effect, on Monday night.
Another press release from the national airline, Royal Air Maroc, confirms the government decision, postponing flights to and from Italy, until further notice.
Two telephone numbers have been made available to users:
• Ministry of Health: 08 01 00 47 47
• Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Residing Abroad: (+21) 25 37 66 33 00
Here is the official press release from Royal Air Maroc:
"In application of the decision of the Moroccan government, Royal Air Maroc announces the suspension, as of today, of all its flights to and from Italy; and this, until further notice.
"To this end, Royal Air Maroc is setting up a special system to support its customers in managing their travel, following these changes. Thus, customers will be able, if they wish, to postpone their trip to a later date, free of charge; or cancel their trip no later than 72 hours before the departure of the flight, in exchange for a credit of the same value of the ticket, valid for six months and to be used exclusively on the company’s flights".
