Royal Air Maroc Offers Flexible Booking Options Amid Travel Uncertainty

In a press release, Royal Air Maroc indicated that this system demonstrates "the total mobilization of the company with the customers". The national company, in doing so, is committed to getting through this difficult period with its passengers.

Thanks to this document, RAM passengers now have the possibility, from this day on, to modify their travel date and destination if necessary, without any restriction and as many times as they wish, without penalties. RAM also specifies that through this decision, it allows its customers to plan their next trips with serenity.

As for customers who do not plan to travel for the time being, Royal Air Maroc offers to refund their tickets against a credit note whose validity has been extended to 18 months, from the date of its issuance. This credit note is finally refundable in cash at the end of its validity, reassures RAM.

Here are the provisions enacted by the airline for its customers:

• Passengers concerned: tickets issued before June 30, 2020 inclusive or passengers of canceled flights as a result of the COVID-19 crisis, on the entire Royal Air Maroc network (including premium tickets)
• Initial travel date: before October 31, 2020 inclusive;
• Change of dates: allowed, unlimited without fees;
• Change of destination: allowed, unlimited without fees;
• Conditions: change in the same fare class. (Fare difference applicable in case of unavailability of the initial class or change of destination);
• New travel dates: until October 31, 2020 (possibility to extend the return date beyond this date to keep the same length of stay);
• Refund: Individual tickets: allowed against a nominal credit note valid for 18 months, from the date of its issuance. The credit note is refundable in cash at the end of its validity.

The issuance of the credit note is done through travel agencies or through our call center at the contacts below; Group tickets issued / account tickets: allowed against a credit note to be issued by the travel agency in its own name for later use (validity of 18 months / non-refundable).

The issuance is subject to the prior written agreement of the Royal Air Maroc Representation and the General Delegation to which the partner travel agency belongs. The agreement is given on the basis of supporting documents to be provided by the agency (purchase order, proof of payment or any other evidence);

• The other tariff conditions of the ticket remain applicable.
