Royal Air Maroc to Cut Over 15 International Routes from Casablanca

While the resumption of Royal Air Maroc (RAM) flights is imminent, some routes should be discontinued after the borders reopen.
The airline will proceed to the cancellation of several "unprofitable" routes, reports LesEco.ma. These are the following destinations: Athens, Vienna, Boston, Miami, Amman, Washington, Sao Paulo, Rio, Niger, Cape Verde and Guinea-Bissau. In total, more than 15 flights from Casablanca will be canceled until further notice, the same source specifies.
Pending the date of reopening of air traffic, Royal Air Maroc (RAM) has taken new commercial arrangements effective since June 1. "Our customers have the possibility to change the date of travel and destination without restrictions and as many times as they wish without penalties, to allow them to plan their next trips with serenity," the company says.
"For customers who do not currently have visibility on their travel plans, Royal Air Maroc offers the refund of the value of their tickets against a credit whose validity has been extended for the occasion to 18 months, from the date of its issue. This credit is refundable at the end of its validity for even more peace of mind," it is specified.
