Royal Air Maroc Named Best Airline in Africa by Global Traveler Magazine

Royal Air Maroc (RAM) was crowned best airline in Africa at the 20th edition of the Global Traveler magazine’s "GT Tested Reader Survey" in Los Angeles.
This recognition adds to its title of "Best Regional Airline in Africa" received for the ninth consecutive year at the Skytrax Airline Awards, due to its role as a regional leader in air transport.
RAM’s CEO, Hamid Addou, highlighted the company’s resilience and determination in the face of global challenges. These awards reflect the commitment of RAM employees and the encouragement received from customers around the world, he said. For the executive, these distinctions are seen as an additional motivation to continue to seek excellence and innovation in their services.
In addition, the Oneworld alliance, of which RAM has been a member since 2020, was also rewarded this year, winning several prestigious awards, including that of Best Airline Alliance for the 14th consecutive time at the GT Tested Reader Survey Awards. The awards received by oneworld, including the title of Favorite Airline Alliance by Trazee Travel readers, confirm its status as a leading alliance and strengthen RAM’s position on the international air transport scene.
