Royal Air Maroc Expands North American Routes, Boosts US-Africa Connections

The national airline Royal Air Maroc (RAM) plans to strengthen its program from Africa and Canada to the United States starting next year.
Royal Air Maroc is increasing its services. From next summer, the company will operate up to 38 weekly round-trip flights to North America, including daily double flights to New York JFK and Montreal, reports Simple Flying. This is an increase compared to the usual 33 weekly departures in the summer of 2023.
In detail, this member of the Oneworld airline alliance will offer two daily flights between Casablanca and New York, a daily double flight between Casablanca and Montreal, six weekly flights between Casablanca and Washington-Dulles, four weekly flights between Casablanca and Miami next summer. The company also plans to add Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles and San Francisco over the next decade. It will continue to offer flights to Africa.
RAM mainly transports the Moroccan diaspora, tourists and transit passengers to/from West Africa, Central Africa, North Africa and Europe. About 200,000 connecting passengers were transported over the past year. Montreal-Tunis is the most popular market.
