Royal Air Maroc Launches Digital Platform for Travel Health Requirements

Royal Air Maroc (RAM) has announced the launch of a new platform to address passengers’ concerns related to health restrictions.
RAM customers can now inquire about health requirements by filling out a form on this platform that contains all travel information. The digital platform was launched to "answer all the questions" of travelers regarding the conditions of access to Morocco after the reopening, on February 7, of the Moroccan airspace closed since November 29.
On this platform, travelers will be able to find answers regarding round-trip conditions, vaccination, PCR test requirements, as well as vaccine passes. The company, which has already resumed its flights, specifies that passengers of RAM aged 18 and over will have to present a vaccination certificate, a negative PCR test performed less than 48 hours before departure, as well as a printed, completed and signed passenger health form.
As for passengers aged over 6 and under 18, they will be required to present a negative PCR test performed within 48 hours prior to departure and the printed, completed and signed form. On the other hand, passengers under 6 years of age will not have to present either a PCR test or a vaccination certificate.
According to the health protocol in force in Morocco, passengers could undergo additional measures upon arrival, including antigen tests for passengers over 6 years of age and PCR tests for certain randomly selected passengers.
