Royal Air Maroc Flight Cancellation Sparks Passenger Outrage in Valencia

While takeoff was scheduled for 5:30 p.m., the AT969 flight from Royal Air Maroc (RAM) from Valencia to Casablanca was delayed and then canceled to the great surprise of the passengers.
Delays, negligence, contempt, indifference... The passengers of flight AT969 from Valencia to Casablanca, whose takeoff was scheduled for 5:30 p.m. before being delayed until 7:30 p.m., only to be finally canceled, experienced an adventure with RAM on the evening of Tuesday, December 3 to Wednesday, December 4, reports Hespress.
"At first, everything was going normally. The travelers went through customs, but when they arrived at the boarding gate, they noticed that the boarding line was no longer moving. No one told us anything, and it was on the display boards that we saw that our flight had been canceled," recounts Majda, one of the passengers on flight AT969.
Accommodated at the Marriott Hotel in Valencia and the Olympia, the passengers were treated differently, some carefully taken care of, others neglected. The more time passed, the less information they had about their flight.
"All the people present with us were calling their contacts, the call center to just get information about the flight, but in vain. No one gave us any information. No one knows anything," Majda confides.
Finally, the plane took off from Valencia around midnight to arrive at its destination of Casablanca around 2:30 a.m.
