Repeat Offender: Man Arrested Twice in 24 Hours for Theft in Bordeaux

A 24-year-old Moroccan man was placed in custody twice in a row in less than 24 hours for various offenses.
Arrested for the first time for theft from a vehicle, the young Moroccan was trying to open the doors of vehicles in search of a car radio that he eventually stole, reports sudouest.fr. Immediately placed in custody, he was released on Saturday, September 21 with a court summons.
Around 11:25 pm, on the same day, to everyone’s surprise, he was again arrested for another theft, this time with violence against a woman in her fifties. She was lucky to get rid of him by screaming while he was assaulting her to steal her smartphone.
With the support of witnesses to the scene, the young man fled before being apprehended. His return to the police station surprised more than one. He was immediately placed in custody.
