Moroccan Runner Expelled from Spanish Club After Repeated Shoplifting Arrests

The Moroccan athlete, Jaouad Tougane, is a real recidivist. A lover of electronic products, he has been arrested several times for thefts in shopping centers in Valencia, in eastern Spain.
Born in Morocco, the 5,000 meter specialist was expelled from his club, the Athletics club de Playas de Castellon, for having committed 2 thefts in the city of Valencia, his behavior having been considered inappropriate and contrary to the values defended by sport.
Registered by the Spanish security services, Jaouad Tougane has become a regular in the commercial stores of Valencia. Arrested repeatedly for thefts of valuable products, he does not hesitate to repeat the offense, once released.
"Although most of the time he expresses his regrets after being arrested by the security guards, it is the tenth time that the young Moroccan has stolen electronic products and fled with several objects in hand to sell them later on the streets of Valencia," writes the Spanish media, Las provincias.
A true recidivist, in the space of a week, he committed several thefts in a row in different shopping centers and stores. Placed in custody for 24 hours, he starts again a few hours later.
