Reality TV Star Luna Skye Reveals Botched Surgery Aftermath in Morocco

After a difficult end of the year, former reality TV candidate Luna Skye finally breaks her silence, displaying the ravages on her body caused by a failed cosmetic surgery.
She thought she could come out of her surgical procedure with a more supported shape, but instead, Luna Skye fell victim to septicemia after receiving hyaluronic acid injections in her buttocks. The 26-year-old woman was hospitalized in an emergency due to a staphylococcus that had caused a blood infection.
What should have been a simple routine operation turned into a nightmare for the young woman. "They had to put in wicks. So now I have big holes with big wicks going in one side of the buttocks and coming out. Twice a day, we pass Betadine with hydrogen peroxide inside the buttocks," she had confided in January 2022.
Now recovered and settled in Morocco, Luna Skye has chosen to show the scars left by the ordeals she has gone through. "Your scars are part of your story, never be afraid to show them," she wrote in the caption of a photo of herself in underwear.
Luna Skye may be able to resort to surgery to get rid of her scars, but she no longer intends to let her body undergo another operation. "I’m going to do everything I can not to have reconstructive surgery, I’m going to do sports and draining massages," she said.
