Former Surgery Addict Turns to Natural Beauty, Launches Argan Oil Brand

In the United Kingdom, a famous model and television personality, who spent £1 million on 400 cosmetic surgeries, discovers the benefits of Moroccan argan oil and definitively turns her back on cosmetic surgery. And the transformation is stunning.
After 20 years of fame for her physical improvements obtained after 400 cosmetic surgeries, Alicia Douvall née Sarah Howes (she changed her name to a name more suited to glamorous modeling), has been positioning herself for a few years as a spokesperson for natural aging. The trigger came after she discovered the benefits of Moroccan argan oil and created the Douvall’s beauty brand with her eldest daughter Georgia. She invests all of her £20,000 in savings. The company collaborates with the Moroccan women’s cooperative that produces the argan oil for its products. She is also involved in raising awareness and fundraising for breast cancer research.
Since the launch of the brand, the model has definitively turned her back on cosmetic surgery. "When we started the business, I just stopped," she confided. "I tried to have things removed, but it would have done more harm than good." Today, her transformation is stunning and she is doing well. Previously, she had been diagnosed with more of a septicemia, a potentially fatal reaction to an infection. An MRI had revealed a lump, as well as an inflamed lymph node, caused by the Allergan implant due to its rough surface. "It was the wake-up call that made me realize the stupid mistakes I had made in my past. It was a miracle that I had lasted so long," said Alicia, 45.
The model advises those tempted by cosmetic surgery to give it up. "I think the best investment you can make is natural skin care and a healthy diet, a membership or anything that allows you to stay active and healthy," she said to The Sun last year. She will add: "It’s not about having the most beautiful nose or the most beautiful face. It’s about having confidence in your body and in yourself."
