The number of fasting hours during Ramadan varies from one country to another. In Morocco, it will reach 15 hours and 30 minutes this year.
The number of fasting hours for Ramadan 2022 varies between 14 and 15 hours in the Arab countries. In Morocco and most Maghreb countries, it is 15 hours and 30 minutes. In the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Palestine, Jordan and Lebanon, it is 15 hours.

Norway, Greenland and Finland are among the countries with the most fasting hours (20 hours or more), while New Zealand, Argentina, South Africa and the Comoros are at the top of the list of countries with the least fasting hours (12 hours or more).
