Morocco Adjusts Government Office Hours for Ramadan 2022

Ramadan is expected to begin on Sunday, April 3, 2022 in Morocco, according to astronomical calculations. This is an opportunity for all administrations to change their working hours to adapt to the new rhythm of users.
In a press release published on Thursday, the Ministry of Public Service and Modernization of Administration indicates that employees will adopt continuous hours, from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Facilities are planned for agents and civil servants for the Friday prayer.
As every year, the National Railway Office (ONCF) and the tramways of Rabat and Casablanca will also readjust their schedules according to the specificities of the holy month.
Royal Air Maroc should also change its schedules, in anticipation of the switch to GMT time. All flight schedules will be advanced by one hour both at departure and arrival at all Moroccan airports.
