Raja Casablanca Parts Ways with Coach Patrice Carteron After Poor Results

Raja’s coach, Patrice Carteron, by mutual agreement with the club’s officials, has terminated his contract. The decision, taken on Sunday during a meeting of the governing committee, will be made official on Monday, November 11.
The Raja coach is leaving the technical staff after 11 months of contract. His last match, according to Le360, was played on Saturday, November 9 on the bench of the Greens against Youssoufia de Berrechid and resulted in a failure (2-3).
In this regard, a meeting of the governing committee was held on Sunday, November 10 to discuss the future of the 49-year-old technician. According to the same media, the officials of the Casablanca club blame him for his poor performances with the Raja group.
A meeting is scheduled for the evening or at the latest tomorrow morning between Carteron and President Jawad Ziyat to discuss the details of the contract termination.
According to the latest news, the former U20 national team coach, Jamal Sellami, is expected to succeed Carteron, with Youssef Safri as his assistant.
