The French National Order of Merit has just been awarded to Abdallah Toughza, a Moroccan gardener at the Residence of the French Embassy since 1987.
This title was awarded to him last Friday by the French Ambassador to Morocco, Jean-François Girault, for his "perfection in the care and cultivation of the garden of the Embassy Residence".
