PSV Eindhoven Honors Ihattaren with Emotional Tribute After Father’s Death

Mohammed Ihattaren received the support of his teammates and supporters during the match played against Venlo on Sunday, October 6th. Indeed, the player lost his father following a serious illness.
Given the mourning he is going through, the young player of Moroccan origin was unable to participate in the match against Venlo, which ended in a clear 4-1 victory.
A minute of silence was observed before the match, then a banner was displayed by the supporters in the stands, with the words: "Stay strong Mo".
Steven Bergwijn, the first goalscorer of the evening for PSV, headed towards a camera shouting "Voor jou, Mo, voor jou" ("It’s for you, Mo, for you"). He also kissed it before drawing an ’M’.
