PSG Eyes Chelsea’s Hakim Ziyech for Summer Transfer After January Deal Collapse

The summer transfer window is fast approaching and Paris Saint-Germain is looking for reinforcements for next season. PSG should intensify its efforts to recruit Chelsea winger Hakim Ziyech. We recall that he narrowly missed signing the 30-year-old player last January, but the transfer failed late in the transfer window.
Despite this failure, PSG has not abandoned the idea of recruiting the Moroccan international and is closely following his situation at Stamford Bridge, reports Football Insider. Ziyech is part of a small group of Chelsea players who could be put up for sale to free up space in the squad and bring in fresh cash.
With only 19 games in all competitions for Chelsea this season, including only 569 minutes in the Premier League, Ziyech has not yet found the back of the net in 2022/23 and has recorded only one assist in what has been a disappointing season for him.
Nevertheless, PSG sees in Ziyech an additional option on the right wing and would thus strengthen the competition within the squad. It remains to be seen whether the negotiations will be successful this time.
