PSG Renews Interest in Chelsea’s Ziyech as Messi Replacement

After the failed transfer during the January transfer window, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) is again interested in Hakim Ziyech, the Moroccan international from Chelsea.
Paris Saint-Germain is looking for a striker to replace Lionel Messi. The Parisian club finds in the Portuguese international Bernardo Silva the ideal profile for this position, but the chances of recruiting him are slim due to the likely extension of his contract at Manchester City and the interest of FC Barcelona and Saudi Arabia for the player.
As a second option, the French champion has in its sights Hakim Ziyech, whose transfer to Paris did not materialize last January, reports Sport Italia. The Moroccan international was ready to leave Chelsea during the winter transfer window and had even undergone the medical examination at PSG, but the English club did not send the necessary documents to Paris for his transfer before the close of the transfer window.
Since this failed transfer, Hakim Ziyech’s agents have maintained contacts with the management of the Parisian club which wants to strengthen its attack for the next season. But the Moroccan is not a priority for PSG and will only be recruited in case of refusal "of priority players", we are reminded. Unwanted at Chelsea, Ziyech is very keen to join PSG this summer, or failing that Naples who also show interest in him.
