He was referred to the competent public prosecutor’s office near the court of first instance of Tetouan, according to sources close to the police.
The young man will be prosecuted for violating the curfew and insulting a police officer. He disputes the second charge and specifies that he had explained to the police officer that he did not have enough money on him to pay the fine.
