Prominent Moroccan TV Anchor Salaheddine El Ghomari Dies at 52

Journalist Salaheddine El Ghomari, presenter of the Arabic news program on 2M, died on Thursday, December 10, 2020, following a heart attack. He was 52 years old.
The channel announced his death on its Twitter account. Salaheddine El Ghomari had joined SOREAD TV 2M in 2000. His daily show "Assiilat Corona" dedicated to the coronavirus affecting Morocco since last March made him known to the general public. It had a strong audience.
Salaheddine raised public awareness of the dangers of the virus and preventive measures.
